Every buyer confirms, in their own action, that the purchase is for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal use, and that they are 21 or older. No order can be placed without it.

The buyer agrees to what the product is for before paying, in plain words, on the payment page itself.
It cannot be skipped or pre-filled
The box starts empty on every order. Your store cannot pre-tick it, and the pay button waits for it.
It travels with the order
The record is attached to the transaction. If a dispute is opened, we include it in the response.

Cards and wallets, same page.
No redirect to a third-party site. The buyer stays on your checkout from the first field to the confirmation.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Wallet buttons appear on devices and browsers that support them.
When the bank wants proof, it asks.
If the card issuer requests extra verification, the buyer completes it inside the checkout: a code, a banking app prompt, a fingerprint. If the issuer does not ask, the payment goes straight through.

The checkout lives at a subdomain you own, such as checkout.yourstore.com, and carries your logo, colors and store name. Your policy pages are linked from the footer.
To connect it, add one DNS record. The value is shown in your dashboard during onboarding, and we check the record and the certificate before you go live.

The checkout stacks to a single column on small screens, with wallets first. After payment, Zonipay emails the receipt on behalf of your store, with the order lines, your contact details and the attestation the buyer gave.

Does the checkout work with WooCommerce?
Yes. The WooCommerce plugin sends the cart to your hosted checkout and marks the order paid when payment completes. Other platforms can create checkout sessions through the API.
Can I change the attestation wording?
No. The wording is the same on every Zonipay checkout so that every order carries the same commitment. It is versioned, and the version is stored with each order.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Card details are entered into fields hosted by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. Zonipay never sees or stores full card numbers. More on security.
Can I add my own scripts or tracking to the checkout?
Talk to us during onboarding. Anything added to the payment page is reviewed first, because the page has to stay clear and compliant.
What if the buyer does not tick the box?
They cannot pay. The pay button stays disabled until the attestation is checked.
